Recipe: Avocado “Crema” with Blue Cheese

I used the smoothie cup and blade attachment from my all-in-one kitchen appliance to whip this together.

Yield: About 3/4 Cup

Gluten Free Avocado “Crema” with Blue Cheese

Serve with anything that pairs well with guacamole, or serve with Beurre-acha Shrimp. Always double check your ingredients for Gluten Free status before using!


  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Blue Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Store in the fridge, covered for about a day.
